We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Web Operations Specialists, where you will play a pivotal role in steering our projects to success. In this role, you will oversee project progress, ensuring schedules and performance align with our strategic goals, while adeptly resolving any challenges that arise. Your leadership will guide teams, including our talented Project Coordinator, through efficient project execution using our online project management tools, ensuring clear communication and actionable outcomes. Time Shift - 12:00 - 9:00 PMWork Mode - Hybrid, Twice a WeekAbout the roleSupervises project progress including schedules and performance against the project plan, resolving issues that may impact successful project completion.Conducts project meetings to ensure alignment across teams and ensures there are clear “next steps” recapped in meeting summaries to the team.Provides project leadership, work direction and feedback to the team assigned to the project.Works efficiently and effectively in our online project management tool, ensuring that all components are entered, and assignments are made.Helps manage project trafficking, including routing reviews, and collecting feedback for writers and designers at internal and external agencies.Develops project schedules and timelines that support the project goals. Advocates for both client requirements and Digital Channels and Operations team.
