As a Wealth Management Operations - IPB Controls Governance - Team Leader within the WM Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and promoting multiple projects, tracking progress for various Operations Control related metrics, initiatives and priorities with full accountability and minimal supervision. This is a unique opportunity for you to partner with the Operations Leads and make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing team.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Take Ownership and Accountability to drive various initiatives simultaneously within defined timelines.
  • Track progress on Action Plans & Issues for WM IPB Operations. 
  • Track & ensure minimal outliers for control related metrics. 
  • Work with leads under IPB Operations to eliminate / reduce Controls related outliers. 
  • Track and Submit a daily report on Checklist Compliance. 
  • Track & hold weekly meetings with various process leads to get an update on outstanding breaks above a certain threshold. 
  • Co-ordinate with process leads to ensure all Ops Core Controls are reviewed and updated on defined frequency basis and create a dashboard / presentation tracking and showing progress on various Ops Control related metrics. 
  • Create impactful presentations for various stakeholder meetings, offsite, reviews etc.
  • Review the resiliency plan on a defined frequency basis and partner with other business managers and stakeholders for rapid planning and execution of tasks and initiatives.
  • Review and Ownership of Documentations and Agreements with vendor, internal partners etc.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • Liaise with various internal and external parties for planning and execution of events
  • Gather knowledge capital on all policies and procedures which would help in smooth functioning of the business.
