Inward and internal logistics
The Warehouse executive will be responsible for ensuring, material receipt by cross checking with documents, searchability, retrieval, documentation, and space optimization within a warehouse.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Goods receipt in warehouse and checking properly.
Updating of material location in SAP as well physically and ensure the material movement for designated area of location for received goods.
Check the material condition, count, GRN creation and coordination with QA for on time material clearance in SAP as well as physical identification.
Always maintain the stock accuracy that is SAP Vs Physical count.
Material issuance in SAP and physically handed over to production against TO copies.
Periodical Physical stock verification
Handling of outgoing materials for subcontractors and do reconciliation when it returns after job work.
Implementation of kaizens, suggestions 5S and other improvements.
Qualification & Skills:
Graduate with minimum 5-8 years of experience in warehouse role.
IT skills (data entry and inventory) highly desired with MS office.
Spatial thinking ability
High energy individual required
