We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Manager.

The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is responsible for the Warehouse operations which includes tasks such as includes contributing to customer satisfaction by timely and accurately processing customer requests, shipments, inventory management etc. Contributes to customer satisfaction and takes care of meeting customer’s needs. Impacts upon the Company's achievement by improving OTD, Freight cost reduction, Delivery TAT etc. Must possess excellent administration, organizational aptitude, have good attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

This position is part of the Logistics team and will be Mumbai Office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Manage Inventory Planning on daily basis
• Inventory Management : Ensure inventory accuracy, Close escalations on wrong shipments, inventory mismatch during receipt, Cycle count,
• Recognize and solve typical problems that occur in own work area without supervisory approval
• Work with source planning team to set the right level of inventory at local warehouse
• Active participation in Projects for process improvement, Inventory planning, etc

The essential requirements of the job include:  

• Minimum Educated to Graduate / Degree from University
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in Planning and Procurement
• Worked on Cost Optimization projects and Process improvements
• Supervisor role experience of managing team / Mentor team
• Self-starter and results oriented. Coordinate with multiple teams to achieve results

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

• Exercises independent judgment
• Mentor and develops junior staff
• A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
• Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
