We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join thethe IPB Propositions Team as a part of Premier.
Job Introduction
To be involved in strategic thinking related to the entire Premier portfolio and aid in value build and increasing qualified customer base of this segment.
Principal Responsibilities :
- Portfolio management and features consumption: Affluent Segmental growth in CASA, TRB, Family banking & driving income product holding | Features adoption via DIY, D2C and physical channels & key product penetration
- Ideation and execution of multiple marketing and sales campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, retention, portfolio growth, processes related to customer lifecycle on ongoing basis
- Regular liaising with various teams- product, operations, marketing & communications, alliances, training, compliance, IT, Analytics, CPC
- Managing Relationship Model across the bank involves RM mapping, Communication, productivity and performance for Relationship team
- Understanding Coverage model and book mapping to ensure Book to RM ratio is aligned
- Develop plans and implement business strategies to achieve portfolio growth in terms of active customer numbers, cross-sell, accelerated revenues/customer and improve customer experience
- Work closely with Analytics, and Product teams, to build a compelling customer life cycle management framework that drives digital adoption, cross-sell, and transaction engagement to drive Primary bank behaviour in the portfolio
- Liaise with key stakeholders including Group Premier, Retail Distribution, Channels, Product teams, Marketing, Compliance and Legal, to facilitate development and implementation of portfolio objectives
- Adopt a data and customer insights led approach to create a world class customer experience by continuously benchmarking against competition. To be tracked through NPS for the segment
- Build a robust upgrade journey to ensure qualified customer upgrade seamlessly done
