We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofVice President – India RHU (Regional Hedging Unit)
Principal responsibilities
- Act as RHU SME in business analysis by defining a clear objective and set of expected outcomes for each initiative, supported by a description of the current and target state hedge accounting business process flows, defining requirements, and producing a set of test cases to ensure the target design and approach works for all scenarios.
- Working with Regional Hedging Unit’s, Finance Change and the IT teams which support Product Control to support project delivery, maintain plans and analysis, resolve issues where required and communicate status.
- Responsible for delivering project management and business analysis outcomes that are compliant with the Change Framework
- Perform feature testing (acceptance testing) and pre-UAT on all testable tickets developed by both Front Office and Finance IT teams during the sprints. Prepare test cases, scripts and expected results for testing. Ensure what has been developed meets the acceptance criteria for both Front Office and Finance. Identify defects, raise to IT for fixing and perform re-testing.
- Coordinate UAT and gather end users’ feedback for further development.
- Participate in and/or conduct show and tell demonstrations of the product to users as it is developed.
- Deliver against the RHU objectives to provide the necessary support to Treasury for their hedging risk management activities.
- Ensure that there is full compliance with the Global Markets FIM and the Accounting Policy Database requirements for hedge accounting and fair value option designations, including all the relevant Hedge Accounting SOX controls.
