We are hiring for a Vice President - HR & IR role for a reputed client in the manufacturing industry. This is a critical leadership position requiring a seasoned professional who can:


Drive robust Industrial Relations (IR) strategies, ensuring harmonious labor relations and compliance with labor laws.


Lead complex HR functions across manufacturing units and plant operations with a deep understanding of workforce dynamics.


Manage stakeholder relationships across unions, leadership teams, and regulatory bodies, ensuring alignment with business goals.


Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance productivity, engagement, and organizational growth.


What We're Looking For:

Must be from a top B-school with work experience in renowned brands in the manufacturing/industrial sector.


Proven expertise in Industrial Relations (IR), including negotiations, dispute resolution, and compliance with labor laws.


Strong HR leadership in manufacturing/industrial sectors, with a track record of managing large, diverse workforces.


Hands-on experience in talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.


The ability to align HR strategies with business objectives to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
