Katalon is looking for a proven Channel and Alliance leader who is at the forefront of our global channel team and programs. The VP, Partnership is responsible for bringing their strategic vision and innovative approach to build a multi-tier global channel program to support a seamless go-to-market with our high-touch sales organization and customer success team.


Reporting to the SVP, Revenue, The VP - Partnership plays a key role in driving leads, new and expansion revenue, customer results and market expansion by building an ecosystem of partners and programs that deliver value to our customers and to Katalon. 


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic alliance strategy to build Katalon’s presence across all key market segments and regions
  • Oversee partnership relations for three key pillars, GSIs, RSIs, and Technology Partnership
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential technology partners aligned with our business objectives and market strategy.
  • Expand Katalon’s technology ecosystem by collaborating with the Product team to prioritize partner integrations that drive revenue
  • Partner with sales to effectively co-sell qualified partner sourced and influenced opportunities
  • Cultivate deep relationships with partners, optimize partner performance through business reviews, identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue and deploy a joint sales approach with Katalon’s top partners and Katalon’s sales team in the region
  • Partner with marketing to ensure the execution of programs and events to drive channel leads, pipeline and deal progression. 
  • Lead partner enablement efforts, including training programs, sales collateral development, and joint marketing campaigns, to drive partner engagement and success.
