We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President Functions Global Records Officer

Principal responsibilities


  • Oversee and support Records Retention & data privacy across Functions globally.
  • Support the development and embedding of the Records Retention operating model across Functions.
  • Oversee and support Data Sharing activities across Functions globally including understanding and communicating changes to laws and regulations.
  • Provide central guidance and communications to stakeholders and effectively address any queries.
  • Regular engagement with Risk Stewards and other ‘Second Line of Defense’ parties.
  • Effectively represent Functions in Working Groups and other similar forums.
  • Potential management of broader Functional Records Retention resources
  • Communication, guidance and sharing of best practice.
