VP – AEM & CLCM is a critical enabler role. It helps in getting relevant communications live on the Customer Lifecycle journey tailored for different segments.
This role involves working closely with global AEM teams and local INM business, marketing, D&A teams for the purpose stated above and develop relevant communications and customer journey maps.
The stakeholders would include: CLCM, Premier, EBS , International, Cards, Wealth, Unsecured, Mortgages, Digital, D&A, Regulatory teams.
Principal Responsibilities
The principal responsibility of the role involves
- Will play a vital role in the design, development, testing & publishing of marketing collaterals
- Develop marketing templates and components for various platforms: SMS, EDMs, banners, Whatsapp communications, notifications
- Publishing the content creation in the required format which is adaptive to different platforms
- Deliver the collaterals in the agreed TAT & quality
- Adobe Experience Manager is the tool that will be used, a knowledge will be surplus not a necessity
- Edits of the existing AEM formats to accommodate the change in business requirements
- Act as a technical liaison between the Pega and business & marketing to get the desired rendition
- Understand the business objectives clearly behind the collaterals to effectively use the components and layouts for getting the message across
- Manage CLCM work flows & CRM 2.0 related communications roll out and performance tracking basis D&A inputs
