Overview


As a Visual Designer on the Agile Delivery team at Labcorp, you will be responsible for creating, developing, managing, and executing both digital and print designs that align with our marketing objectives. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality visuals to support a variety of projects, ensuring brand consistency and innovation across all mediums.


The ideal candidate will excel in using templates to streamline the design process and incorporate AI tools for efficient asset creation. The visualization specialist responsibilities include collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams in a fast-paced environment to create impactful layouts that strengthen our brand and connect with our target audience.


Roles and Responsibilities:


· Graphic Design: Create visually engaging graphics, layouts, and designs for various print media, including presentations and advertisements.


· Layout Design: Develop communication materials such as brochures, client letters, white papers and case studies that simplify complex information.


· Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across platforms and mediums.


· Template Utilization: Use templates to accelerate design processes and incorporate AI to create innovative, high-quality visual content focused on quality and accuracy


· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of visual and communication assets.


· Project Management: Use Workfront to manage projects with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines


Day-to-day execution includes:


· Innovate within the existing design system and brand guidelines across all mediums.


· Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.


· In addition to brand guidelines, apply principles of composition, color, typography, photography, iconography and other aspects appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs


· Confirm client satisfaction with results and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the project.


· Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with expert attention to detail.


· Communicate clearly and articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members and clients.


Requirements:


· 3-4 years of experience in visual and communication design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.


· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AI tools in the creative process.


· Professional experience with template-driven design platforms such as Canva and the ability to balance creativity with efficiency


· Familiarity with project management tools like Workfront or similar platforms.


· Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography.


· Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual content.


· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.


· Prior experience working in a healthcare or corporate environmen
