Baxter is on a journey to separate our ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company. • Collaborate with Instructional Designers (IDs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand storyboards, create appropriate graphics and to visualize the overall eLearning course design.
• Receive information, ideas, design requests, and written and verbal direction from Content Team Leader to then create brand compliant eye-catching designs.
• Responsible for standardized, cross-program designs
• Develop eLearning courses including but not limited to ILTs, WBTs, simulations, animation, motion graphics, branching scenario, games, infographics, and other multimedia assets.
• Use training templates, standards and guidelines, and common methodology to ensure consistent deliverables across modules.
• Review and test deliverables to ensure quality, completeness, and consistency of work that meet client expectation prior to sending to supervisor for review.
• Revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers.
• Receive and act on feedback related to deliverables and own performance and show continuous improvement.
• Able to read and understand storyboards and raw content and visualize and execute the concept.
• Must have an eye for detail, visualization skill, highly creative mind and interest on designing out of box innovative designs for videos and eLearning projects.
• Experience in at least one tool from each of the following categories:
  • eLearning authoring and simulation tools: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Presenter, Camtasia
  • Motion graphics and video production tools: Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects.
  • Graphic creation software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree/certification (or country equivalent) in Web Design/Graphics Design/ Visual Design/Animation creation or any other related field (preferred BFA/MFA).

Must have at least 4+ years of experience in graphic design. Desired experience 2+ years developing eLearning programs.
