What would you do? The designer is responsible for creating impactful and compelling content in support of creative projects that align with the company’s strategy and communication’s priorities. This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate project goals into effective and impactful visual solutions ensuring all designs and content adhere to client’s brand guidelines while staying updated on the latest design trends and tools. The designer needs to provide an editorial perspective and subject matter knowledge when selecting photography and imagery to match and illustrate the topic or subject.
What are we looking for? · Education: Bachelor s degree in communications, film, visual media, graphic design, or a related field.
· Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an in-house agency, corporate environment or at an agency with strong catalogue of corporate clients. · Technical proficiency:
o Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint
o Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is advantageous
· Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a must.Strong familiarity with SynOps, Dotdigital and Aprimo is a requirement. · Digital innovation mindset: Digitally curious and an early adopter of technology and solutions to simplify work and deliver more effective and secure communications

o Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout design
o Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment
o Proactively communicate project updates, timelines, and challenges to relevant stakeholders and team members
o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Support creative content projects for social, online, digital, events and print demonstrating strong understanding of client’s strategy and communication’s priorities – including the client’s external communications plan.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, ensuring clear, professional, and visually impactful designs. • Develop engaging infographics that simplify complex subjects and information for diverse audiences. • Produce graphics, visual, animations, icons, images, GIFs, email templates, posters, banners and other print materials for campaigns, communications, events, and announcements. • Manage multiple projects and content versions simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proactively communicate project updates, timelines, and challenges to relevant stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure all creative outputs adhere to corporate the client brand guidelines and maintain consistency across materials.
• Promote re-use of existing relevant formats, materials, and content where appropriate and identify/flag content inconsistencies and anomalies across projects
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and software to continuously elevate the quality of creative output.
• Provide input and suggestions to improve workflows and processes within the creative team (e.g. briefing process)Any Graduation
