Main responsibilities
- Standardizing Communications across the organization: Adapting, standardizing, and overseeing all communications – written, verbal, visual, social media for internal and external platforms to match CHC requirements and brand guidelines.
- EVP: Employee Value Proposition (EVP) encompasses the unique set of experiences, benefits, and rewards that an organization offers to its employees in exchange for their skills, capabilities, and talent.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Involves the process of interacting with individuals or groups who have a "stake" in the organization's activities, decisions, or outcomes.
- Onboarding: Often mistaken for orientation, the biggest marker of difference between the two is that People & Culture/People Services conducts orientation as a required process, but they refer to it as ‘onboarding’.
- Rewards & Recognition: Rewards and recognition (R&R) are essential components of employee engagement and motivation within our organization. Recognition, appreciation events, extra time off, flexible work arrangements, or symbolic gifts like plaques or certificates used to reinforce positive behaviour, motivate employees to perform at their best, and align individual efforts with organizational goals.
- GBS Connect + Local Hub Townhalls: GBS Connect to better engage GBS team members with latest updates from across the globe. Also ensure local townhall agendas are focusing on global message with alignment of agendas across global hubs.
About you
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Communication & Brand-Building in a recognized Firm.
- Soft skills: Good stakeholder management & interpersonal skills, autonomy, agility, ability to work transversally and in full confidentiality.
- Education: Graduation Degree with majors in communication.
- Languages: Fluent in English. French is a plus.
