Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to join our prestigious institution in Nainital. The ideal candidate will assist the Principal in managing daily operations, maintaining academic standards, and fostering a positive learning environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal in the implementation of academic and administrative policies.
- Oversee daily school operations, including discipline management and staff coordination.
- Monitor and improve teaching standards to ensure academic excellence.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Support teacher training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional guidelines.
- Act as the Principal in their absence, managing all responsibilities as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Education or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching or administrative experience.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in using educational technology and administrative tools.
