We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Talent Acquisition Solutions Product Manager - Hybrid based in Mumbai, India. 


The Talent Acquisition (TA) Solutions ‘Product Manager lead’ will be part of WITA’s SSD TA Solutions Optimization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated professional will be responsible for roadmap development, deliver and optimization of Talent Acquisition Lifecycle Transformation. The role requires TA product development life cycle skills, implementation & adoption knowledge, and extensive experience with Human Resources & Talent landscape.


This person will work on end-to-end global recruitment Ecosystem, comprised of Workday recruitment, AI enabled review & screening via Eightfold, assessments, interviewing, and integrations, and much more. The maintenance and optimization of this TA Systems ecosystem touches millions of annual applicants and hundreds of internal stakeholders across the globe.


The successful candidate will be someone who clearly understands the importance and potential of effective management and communication in running a complex matrix function. The incumbent will work closely with recruitment senior stakeholders/technical teams to execute the vision of the team.


In this role the job responsibilities are, but not limited to:


  • Serve as product ambassador, socializing the TA product roadmap across stakeholders, sharing knowledge and answering questions.


  • Responsible for defining, prioritizing the product backlog and reporting for TA BOWResponsible for managing & monitoring various initiatives for TA Solutions, review dependencies across various TA programs and determine remediation actions to ensure seamless project delivery across TA Solutions pillar.


  • Partner with function & technology stakeholders to create product roadmaps with quantifiable business outcomes.


  • Proven track record of planning, executing and delivering products in a fast-paced Kanban setup.


  • Liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and priorities as well as pro-actively manage expectations, obtain buy-in, gather feedback, and resolve issues.


  • Orchestrate and drive the successful & timely implementation of products to achieve the business outcomes, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues which impact product delivery.


  • Develop mechanisms with stakeholders’ teams to track operational metrics and establish communication cadence.


  • Responsible to keep stakeholders up to date on product roadmap progress and metrics related to achievement on business outcomes.


  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.


  • Work across Talent Acquisition (TA) ecosystem to develop a scalable, innovative, change management strategy not only on lading the critical changes but also focused on driving the adoption that needs to happen.


  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:


  • At least 10+ years HR Technology Product management


  • Should understand HR Technology landscape as a whole, and for critical systems like Workday, Eightfold, non-compliant applications etc.


  • Strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technologies, along with a solid understanding of global and regional processes and workflows.


  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and motivate others, delivering positive outcomes in complex projects involving business stakeholders, technology partners, and global and regional collaborators.


  • Experience of developing and executing requirements, managing multiple stakeholders, preventing scope-creep, and managing milestones


  • In-depth understanding of Product Development Life Cycle Process.


  • Proficiency in guiding and managing several teams focused on product development, with a high level of comfort in steering multiple roadmaps.


  • Requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence.


  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, ACPM will be a plus.
