As a Product Manager within the Multi-Asset and Portfolio Solutions’ Product Delivery and Strategy team you will be responsible for defining and executing the multi-year product strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of products that meet market demands and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills and a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams to achieve product excellence.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Define, monitor, and analyze performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for senior management to inform decision-making and drive partnerships with business stakeholders, Engineering, Design, and Product peers.
  • Develop clear and actionable roadmaps for each product pillar, outlining key initiatives, timelines, and resource requirements, and collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to establish a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership within each product pillar, encouraging a culture of creativity and continuous improvement; Lead implementation on organization’s top strategic priorities including AI/ML initiatives.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and integration of strategies across different product pillars, leveraging synergies and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Evaluate and refine product strategies based on performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
  • Communicate the product strategy effectively to internal teams and external partners, ensuring a shared understanding and commitment to achieving strategic objectives.
  • Identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements, implementing initiatives to enhance business growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, implementing risk management practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • 10+ years of business / program / project management experience with 5+ years in product delivery, strategy, business management or similar role
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to think strategically, execute tactically and craft a compelling story
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience collaborating across cross functional teams and navigating complex control change management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Visio etc., as well as Microsoft office suite

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Excellent understanding of Asset & Wealth Management / Private Banking business
  • Advanced education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Dashboard development experience with Tableau / Qlik Sense
