Corporate Affairs - Vice President - Administration Profile Description Were seeking someone to join our team as Vice President within Administartion Team who will be responsible for eveloping, planning, and implementing the 2 CSR strategies and initiatives in India, ensuring compliance with the 2 CSR laws. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving community engagement and philanthropic efforts, enhancing the company's reputation, building stakeholder trust, and creating meaningful social impact. Based in Mumbai, this is a Vice President-level position reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs for India. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team in India and Hong Kong. Read on What youll do in the role: Support in driving the strategy and execution of the Firm's 2 CSR initiatives in India, including oversight of employee volunteer programs with CSR partners. Developing impactful programs aligned with the company's strategic focus areas. Driving budget and monitoring spending to deliver results in line with the annual action plan. Ensuring strict compliance as per the applicable 2 CSR laws, due diligence, and governance of processes. Build and maintain partnerships with charities, key stakeholders of the ecosystem and community organizations to maximize impact of CSR programs. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of CSR programs and projects through measurable outcomes. Leverage 2 CSR partnerships to drive employee engagement. Support in execution of global volunteer campaigns such as Global Volunteer Month
