You’ll make a difference by:
1.Co-ordination and Review:
·Liaise between H2R partners and Siemens internal teams in ensuring issues and escalations are addressed on time and RCAs reviewed and documented
·Review Change Request (CR) raised by partners in terms of price quoted, timelines and ensure CRs are implemented.
2.Compliance:
·Ensure Siemens SoD (Segregation of Duties) principles are adhered to.
·Co-ordinate and liaise with H2R partners during Siemens internal/external audits and ensure complete support is extended until closure
3.Process Improvement:
·Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes.
4.Reporting:
·Coordinate and participate in monthly governance meeting with H2R partners and ensure KPIs are tracked, monitored and reported to Siemens leadership team
·Generate and analyse payroll reports for management.
·Co-ordinate and work with operations team in providing payroll data for financial audits and other internal reviews.
5.RFP/RFI:
·Co-ordinate with SCM (Supplier Chain Management) and other internal teams in framing of RFI/RFP for partner selection process.
·Drive the RFI/RFP evaluation process and ensure transparency and timelines are adhered
Your success is grounded in:
·Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
·Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing / handling payroll vendors.
·Knowledge of HR/payroll systems and software.
·Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
