Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Developer to join our Magnati team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing responsive and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications in the financial sector. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to create interactive user experiences while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • User Interface Development: Design and develop responsive and accessible user interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.


  • Collaboration: Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to translate design concepts into interactive user experiences that meet user needs and business objectives.


  • Secure Development Practices: Implement secure front-end development practices, ensuring data integrity and compliance with banking regulations.


  • Performance Optimization: Optimize interfaces for performance, usability, and accessibility standards (WCAG) to enhance user satisfaction.


  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve the application based on real user experiences.


  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with emerging UX/UI trends and technologies to enhance designs and implementation, ensuring that our applications remain modern and competitive.


Technical Skills:
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.


  • Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and front-end optimization techniques.


  • Design Tools: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms for creating prototypes and design specifications.


  • Secure Coding Practices: Experience with secure coding practices and handling sensitive data in regulated industries.


  • Accessibility Standards: Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ADA) and tools for testing compliance to ensure applications are usable by all individuals.


Experience:
  • 6-8 years of experience in UX development, specifically creating user interfaces for web or mobile applications.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in UX/UI design or development are a plus.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address user needs and technical challenges.


  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
