Job Description

Role & responsibilities (Business Taxation)

  • Tax Return Preparer.
  • Business Tax Preparation (1120, 1120S, 1065), Multi-State Tax Return.
  • Partnership K-1 data input and basis adjustments.
  • Tax technical research.
  • Preparing and submitting tax returns for clients.
  • Handling communication from clients and tax authorities.
  • Supervision of Associate accountants.
  • Management of numerous client accounts.

Skills

  • Established record of conducting all duties related to tax filings and documentation on a professional level.
  • Adept Tax Accountant having a thorough knowledge of accounting activities and related duties.
  • Prolific time management skills with an ability to handle challenging situations with utmost dedication.
  • Fundamental understanding of the functions and utility of software like Tally and other ERP solutions.
  • Professional education in Commerce-oriented streams like Finance and Accounts from a reputed university.
  • Strong Technical, Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • US Tax Knowledge
  • Advance knowledge of any 2 Tax Software
