Immediate requirement for FEMALE PET (Physical Education) Teacher
Position Overview:A Physical Education (PE) Teacher is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing physical education programs that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and wellness among students. The PE teacher works to instill the importance of physical activity, good health practices, and teamwork in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
- Design and deliver comprehensive physical education programs that align with the school's curriculum and state/national standards.
- Create lesson plans and activities that are age-appropriate, engaging, and challenging for students of varying skill levels.
- Plan and implement physical fitness assessments, sports instruction, and health education lessons.
Teaching and Instruction:
- Lead students in physical exercises, fitness activities, and games.
- Teach fundamental skills in various sports, including but not limited to, basketball, soccer, tennis, and swimming.
- Provide individual instruction and guidance to help students improve physical skills, endurance, and motor coordination.
- Adapt lessons to accommodate students with disabilities or special needs.
Student Evaluation and Assessment:
- Monitor and assess students’ physical development, skill levels, and overall fitness.
- Provide regular feedback to students on their progress, behavior, and physical abilities.
- Maintain records of student participation, progress, and performance.
- Set up and administer fitness testing as required.
Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain a positive, respectful classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive attitudes among students.
- Address behavioral issues in accordance with school policies.
Health and Safety:
- Ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for physical activities and sports.
- Educate students on proper safety procedures for various activities, sports, and equipment.
- Monitor student participation to prevent injury and ensure the use of proper techniques.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other teachers, school administrators, and parents to support student health and development.
- Attend faculty meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding students' physical progress and classroom behavior.
Extracurricular Activities:
- Supervise and coach school sports teams, clubs, or after-school physical activities.
- Organize and oversee school-wide fitness events, tournaments, or field days.
- Encourage student participation in intramural or interscholastic sports.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Teaching certification in Physical Education (required for some regions/schools).
- Experience:
- Previous experience in teaching or coaching, especially in a school setting, is preferred.
- Experience working with students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Minimum 2 years
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of physical fitness, sports, and wellness practices.
- Ability to motivate and engage students with varying interests in physical activity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Classroom management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and first aid.
Salary - 30,000 – 32,000/-per month
School Timings: 8 hours (as per the climate)

Benefits:
Lady Teachers may be paid Rs 2000 extra since they are not provided with Food; Accommodation only
If both husband and wife, they join together they get Rs 2,500 each as complementary HR
CL encashment & one child tuition fee free after one year of service
Increment: First three years 3%, then till 5 years 7%, then till 9 year 8.5%, from tenth year onwards 10%
