Job Description:
•Customer Experience: End to end customer journey mapping and improving customer experience
•Support implementation of new service launches, technology expansion updates, training and customer communication
•Go to market strategy for new lanes, products and support country initiatives
•Development of tactical marketing initiatives – specific campaigns - to support country business priorities
•Support sales teams by sharing local, regional and global customer facing communications on UPS’s platforms
•Develop, review and approve customer facing documents (content and design)
•Lead Generation programs to enable profitable topline growth
•Project Management : ICOD, Web shipping platforms, CSBV, WWE etc
• NSCS campaigns to grow the smaller set of customers
• Digital Retail: Festive campaigns
• Social media presence to amplify UPS Brand
