The opportunity

Digital Signage professional to develop, support and maintain Digital Signage




How you’ll spend your day
  • Ensure that all Digital Signage services are delivered to the business with the right service levels.  
  • Establish processes/procedures.  
  • Ensure that all Signage Hardware and CMS are managed through their full economic life cycle to optimize its value.  
  • Implement continuous performance measurement of Digital Signage platform to identify, prioritize, initiate and manage services.  
  • Coordinates with and enable the IT services operational and support teams to perform pre-defined standard adds, moves, and changes.  
  • Develop and maintain overall Digital Signage worldwide to support the organization’s business strategy.  
  • Maintain complete documentation of Digital Signage.  
  • Capacity planning   
  • Position Objectives  
  • Chief administrator & operator of Teva's digital signage system. 
  • Schedule & manage content for Teva's digital signage. 
  • Maintain library of content for digital signage system. 
  • Assign privileges to designated users. 
  • Load and monitor on-demand video & media content for ITV system. 
  • Owning and managing global Digital Signage infrastructure and identifying improvement opportunities  
  • Ability to Work with all BU’s.  
  • Mentor and coach Team members.  
  • Leading Operational activities in Digital Signage 
  • Owning the relationships with the global/local providers and ensuring that all SLAs are met.  
  • On an ongoing basis, examine current operational processes to identify and suggest potential operational improvements that will positively impact productivity, service, and safety, environmental and cost performance.  


Your experience and qualifications
  • Three or more years television broadcast & production experience, including graphics creation and operation, video editing, shooting, producing, program scheduling. 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience related to Audio/Video: working with digital signage solutions in various scales now fewer than 300 screens, familiarity with various signage solutions. 
  • Strong skills in graphics programs such as Photoshop, After Affects, Illustrator, etc. 
  • Knowledge of computer networking - Local Area Networking 
  • Engineering and implementing all or some of the following Digital Signage solutions: development, design, and support of digital signage OR digital signage system management and administration OR digital signage architecture and user experience; Demonstrated evidence of a current portfolio of relevant work; Demonstrated experience with Korbyt, Poppulo, AppSpace etc.  
  • In-depth knowledge of player setup in various environments, from planning to delivery.   
  • Proven experience in capturing, documenting, and supporting end users requests, as well as working as a key element bridging the needs of the business with the IT capabilities.  
  • Current and familiarized with current Digital Signage trends and evolution, including SoC, Win IoT/BrightSign OS, Android players, HTML5. 
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize Digital Signage CMS management tools, assuring performance, and interfacing with vendors.  
  • Thorough understanding of Signage solutions in enterprise environments.  
  • Understand product and software life cycle and capacity planning for player, monitors and CMS. 
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skill.
