What this job involves:


Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of managing SharePoint as a content management system. Should have expert Knowledge of maintaining multiple SharePoint sites. Expert knowledge to create, update, maintain the pages, lists, asset libraries. Ability to create an access architecture using SharePoint. Good hands-on experience working with PowerApps. Intermediate knowledge of excel, as well as ppt to report back the site performance numbers. Churn the data into meaningful format and make it available for leads.


Metadata management and Automation: Create and design an architecture of data management, tagging content for easy search and filters. Make usage of Power Automate and Power apps for automating and managing various tasks and removes waste time.


Ownership: Take ownership of various SharePoint sites/databases and answer back to any queries from the business.


Stakeholder Management: Exceptional Stakeholder Management, would need to work with multiple stakeholders and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Problem solving attitude towards the requests raised and should strive for automating the solutions.


Collaborate with team members: Provide constructive input and communicate with team members to bring efficiency to the overall Knowledge management process.

  • Flexibility to adapt to new tools/ processes.
  • Quality focused and keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to comprehend instructions, communicate with stakeholders, lead stakeholder relationships, independently.
  • Proficient user of the O365 tools: MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Outlook etc.

  • A Master’s/bachelor’s degree in technology or similar fields.
  • Shift timings: 1 PM – 10 PM IST
  • Location: Gurugram, Haryana
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in Knowledge Management using SharePoint and Power Platform
