We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofUI/UX Developer 

Principal responsibilities

• Create compelling, user-centric design solutions across multiple platforms. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvements.
• Convert text heavy presentations to more concise, graphically rich presentations by interpreting data content and presenting it visually. Create high quality, corporate level presentations that effectively communicate key messages and engage the audience.
• Conduct research to gather data and information needed to support the presentation.
• Oversee the entire design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency.
• Develop and implement design strategies aligned with organization’s objectives and brand values.
• Proficiency in sketching, storytelling, mood boards / story boards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and data visualization.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Present design concepts and deliverables to senior stakeholders, articulating design rationale and value.
• This is an Individual Contributor role but the role is expected to contribute to and develop the Business Management functional capability.
• Provide support and encouragement to team members, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and support team members in doing the same.
