Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive user interfaces using Angular.Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and domain experts to deliver seamless, user-centered experiences.Build reusable, modular, and scalable components while ensuring application performance and accessibility standards.Contribute to the design and development of healthcare solutions, including LIMS systems.Integrate healthcare standards like FHIR or open EHR into front-end applications where applicable.Ensure consistent application of best practices in front-end development, including performance optimization and secure coding.Collaborate with peer engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning.Develop and maintain a robust suite of unit and integration tests, leveraging TDD.Qualifications:Professional Experience: 4+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years specializing in Angular.Healthcare IT: Experience with healthcare-related applications or systems is highly desirable.Technical Skills:Deep expertise in Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, RxJS, and state management tools.Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards (WCAG).Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and working with backend teams to define data models.Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma) and end-to-end testing (Protractor, Cypress).Soft Skills:Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.A passion for understanding the domain to deliver meaningful and impactful solutions.Strong problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset.Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:As an EOE/AA employer, Labcorp strives for diversity and inclusion in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
