Role Summary/Purpose
The Analyst/Senior Treasury Analyst will report to the APAC & CIS Senior Treasury Manager and will be an integral member of the global treasury team, working closely with other Treasury departments and cross functionally with corporate and operational finance groups across the company. This position will be responsible for supporting various daily, weekly and monthly Treasury tasks primarily for India as well as Europe and APAC region. The Analyst/Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders and have a strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Essential Responsibilities
Cash forecasting and working capital Management including but not limited to daily cash operations, daily & Weekly balances reporting for all entity accounts.
Well versed with FEMA /RBI Compliances. Understanding of foreign payments process.
Maintain bank account landscape for India region and take actions including account openings, closures, signer updates, KYC, etc. on those accounts
Onboarding of cash pool, POBO – COBO for the European region, as well as reporting and cash management for EMEA
Collaborate with banking partners to ensure cash transactions are processed timely and efficiently
Serve as administrator and subject matter expert for global banking products and provide user services to corporate stakeholders
Provide excellent and timely customer service to business unit finance teams, supporting their cash needs and troubleshooting issues
Work cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, Local Finance and Treasury management to develop compliant banking structures for country specific needs
Assist with annual, quarterly and ad hoc SOX audits to ensure strong internal controls
Partner with the Capital Markets and International Treasury team to implement and settle treasury transactions and FX activities
Basic Qualifications:
Preferred CA/MBA or Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or comparable degree.
2-3 years of finance experience preferable some experience in cash management department
Desired Characteristics
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written English
In-depth knowledge and understanding of cash management processes
Strong financial acumen
Experience working with Treasury systems (FIS Quantum and Trax a plus)
Excellent prioritization, time management and organization skills
Highly motivated with desire to follow-through to the finish on assignments
Good understanding of FX operations
