Job Description

  • Assist clients in planning and booking their domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel routes, accommodations, and experiences.
  • Customize travel packages based on client preferences and budgets.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers.
  • Stay updated with the latest travel trends, visa requirements, and destination guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance repeat business.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions for travel-related issues.

Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant (Domestic & International).
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, itinerary planning, and travel packages.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
