Duties & responsibilities




  • Support Site Lead to create a safe traveloperationsin Workplace Services



  • Ensure that the services are delivered in line with SG07 in the Master and Local Vested Agreement commitments and within approved budgets.



  • Develop site/country transport/fleet services concept aligned to global and regional platform playbook, policies and SOP as per the taxonomy



  • Train team members on bp life-saving rules, good driving practice, standards, policies & procedures.



  • Collaborate with Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) on all outsourced transport or fleet services contracts; align and secure approval on sourcing strategy.



  • Transport Uptime Management:  Maintaining 100% on time arrival & on time departure of cabs



  • Safety:  Ensuring 100% Employee safety



  • Transport Utilization to be maximum.



  • Compliance Management:  Adherence to 100% vehicle compliance (Vehicle documentation, Driver’s documentation, Cab maintenance documentation & transport vehicle compliance)



  • Driver Briefing Session: Conduct Weekly Driver Briefing Session



  • Reports & MIS management: Collate data and generate report not limiting to roster management, no show, OTA & OTD report any additionaladhoc reports.



  • Back up: Backup for Shift executive (covering persons on leave)



  • Manage budgets, organize schedules & routes, ensure vehicles safety and meeting legal requirements, and ensuring drivers awareness of their duties.



  • Ensuring that the roster is prepared on time



  • Managing and supervising the Transport executives’ activities



  • Preparing monthly/weekly/daily reports



  • Be accessible for escalation of all transport related issues



  • Carrying out routine vehicle inspections



  • Providing advice to helpdesk operators on escalated issues



  • Incident reporting and management



  • Handling transport emergencies



  • Ensure all female staff is given security escort post 20:00 hours till 07:00 hours




Performance objectives




  • Provide Superior Client Service (weighting 50%)



  • Initiative or Process Improvement in Functional Area (weighting 40%)



  • Personal and Professional Development (weighting 10%)




Key skills




  • Experience in managing5 transport duty executives.



  • Managing ridership capacity of 1,000 staff



  • Experience in managing 3rd party transport drivers and maintenance crew.



  • Knowledge of industrial code, best practices and local regulations. 



  • Experience in managing team training, compliance, vehicular accidents, trauma and injury support, emergency support.



  • Should have good communication skills




Employee specification




  • Candidate should have 5-7 years’ experience in transport and fleet industry serving large size corporate office



  • Tertiary education and graduate in relevant disciplines
