In this vital role you will will manage the Hyderabad site enablement and issue management. This role reports to the Transition Management Director. They will ensure smooth transitions, developing and implementing transition plans with cross-functional teams to address transition-related issues. They are able to work across matrixed and cross functional teams to get results and maintain the project timeline. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and a consistent record of delivering impactful transition solutions. Reporting to this role is the Manger of Transition Management and other relevant roles from same job family.Manages a Transition team establishes transition management and establishes business integration.Establishes risk management framework and contingency operations plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across US and India to address transition-related issues.Manage dynamic challenges across the project to ensure smooth transitions.Develop and implement transition plans, including project schedules and resource allocation.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Provide regular updates to key collaborators on transition progress.Ensure all transition activities are carried out within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.Conduct post-transition reviews to identify areas for improvement.What we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree and 2 years of transition management experience and project management experience ORMaster’s degree and 8 to 10 years of transition management experience and project management experience ORBachelor’s degree and 10 to 14 years of transition management experience and project management experience ORDiploma and 14 to 18 years of transition management experience and project management experiencePreferred Qualifications:Must Have SkillsMinimum 10 years of experience in transition management or project management.Strong knowledge of transition management software, such as Smartsheet, PowerBI, Jira, and MS Office.Expertise in project management principles and transition documentation, tools, and templates.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong analytical skills.Good time management and organizational skills.Good to Have SkillsPrior experience in managing U.S. to India corporate knowledge and function transfer.Experience in multi-site project models and client communication skills.Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile, or other project management certifications.Soft Skills: LeadershipProblem-solving skillsCollaborationAnalytical ThinkingCommunicationNegotiation SkillsThe ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in transition management, along with a consistent record of delivering impactful transition solutions.What you can expect of usAs we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being.
