What you will do


In this vital role you will support development and execution of communication strategies to lead site enablement, creating and delivering change management communications to partners. The role collaborates with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans. This role is essential for ensuring clarity and consistency in all change management communications, addressing stakeholder concerns, and encouraging a positive transition experience. The Transition & Change Management Senior Associate will report to the Change Management Senior Manager.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.


  • Assist in development of communication strategies to manage site enablement.


  • Create and deliver change management communications to key partners.


  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for communication-related issues.


  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments.


  • Ensure clarity and consistency in all change management communications.

What we expect of you


Basic Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree and 1 to 3 years of Change Management experience


  • OR


  •  Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of Change Management experience


  • OR


  • Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Change Management experience


Must Have Skills


  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in transition management, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful transition solutions.


  • Strong knowledge of communication tools and methodologies.


  • Expertise in developing and executing communication strategies.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


  • Strong analytical skills.


  • Good time management and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.


  • Experience in multi-site project models and client communication skills.
