We are seeking a dynamic Business Transformation Expert to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving and supporting business transformation initiatives across various operational areas. Your deep subject matter expertise will be crucial in ensuring that all processes and strategies are aligned with the end-customer's needs and the end-to-end process.


As SPOC for technical and system-related queries, you will address concerns related to new processes, products, and strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in conducting quality checks, including primary data testing and retailer accreditation, to maintain high standards of operational excellence.


Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the proper usage of tools by the operations teams, troubleshooting issues, and handling client queries efficiently. You will engage and coordinate with different teams to facilitate the smooth implementation of solutions, projects, and improvements. Your ability to manage data supply initiatives will be essential in securing timely and accurate project execution.


This role demands a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. If you are passionate about driving business transformation and have a knack for technical and operational excellence, we would love to hear from you.


Job Responsibilities


Process and Tools Expertise:


  1. Serve as the go-to person for questions and inquiries related to your area of expertise.
  2. Continuously seek automation opportunities within your expertise area.
  3. Provide in-depth area knowledge to support new business initiatives.
  4. Actively support automation and innovation initiatives by providing in-depth area knowledge.
  5. Serve as a change agent to improve business processes and implement changes.

Training and Development:


  1. Actively support end-user and execution team knowledge growth through training, documentation, and creating other learning opportunities.
  2. Create a positive learning environment to promote area knowledge and help build future area experts.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:


  1. Define, maintain, and improve global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.
  2. Design compliance metrics, organize compliance tracking, and drive compliance.
  3. Drive compliance to global standards by leveraging country quality and efficiency metrics.
  4. Monitor and interpret KPIs to identify and seek business opportunities

Regional Initiatives:


  1. Drive and support transformation initiatives and projects across different markets, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  2. Follow up on progress and provide regular reporting to ensure continuous improvement and successful implementation in a correct and timely manner

Qualifications

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree or technical institute degree / Degrees in statistics/ Data Analytics or equivalent work experience. 
  • 4+ years of relevant professional work experience (ideally in an operations environment)
  • Experience working in a multi-country, multi-lingual operational environment.
  • Fluent English Language skills. 
  • Understanding various data and file formats. 
  • Ability to interpret different data structures and mapping.
  • Work experience with technology or operations of large international retailer would be an added advantage.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills  
  • Good communication skills, excellent analytical skills and detail oriented. 
  • Trouble shooting
  • Excellent organizational skills & ability to strictly follow schedules.  
  • Ability to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent customer service abilities 
  • Strong technical knowledge and business interpretation of data.  
  • Good level of CIP Factory e2e knowledge, to include Inputs, Outputs, different data sources / deliverables.
  • Experience dealing with large amounts of data (TBs) - troubleshooting data Issues.  
  • Knowledge of Python, R & Sql along with Big Data programming language & methodologies. 
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture and other API routes of Data Exchange would be an added advantage. 
  • General Systems understanding from ETL point of view.
