Job Summary


As a Fund Servicing Senior Team Member within our Operations Department, you will be tasked with the responsibility of managing transfer agency operations, processing, and resolving inquiries.


Job responsibilities:


  • Process and validate tasks and investigate/resolve breaks in accordance with the established work practices and procedures
  • Work with various internal transfer agency teams such as fund implementation group, trade processing, settlements, cash processing & account opening to process transactions and resolve any exceptions in a timely manner
  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Understand Risk Management with ability to manage issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution
  • Ensure all day-to-day queries are handled within required timelines and escalate issues as necessary
  • Attend internal onshore partner meetings, usually via conference call, to ensure needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded; ensure resolution of follow up items
  • Actively involve in projects within the team

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • Knowledge of Transfer agency / reconciliation / trades & settlements / KYC/AML or strong financial markets product knowledge
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills, including taking the initiative to drive change and enhance controls
  • Self-starter and ability to learn quickly
  • Good oral and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently with the team, making linkages to individual goals and accomplishments
  • Good partnership and team player capabilities 
  • Proactive in identifying and escalating issues
  • Bachelor’s degree
