Our Global Transaction Tax team plays a key role in supporting the company’s success by ensuring tax processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with business needs. We are seeking a Transaction Tax Operations Manager to drive strategic tax projects across indirect tax, international withholding tax, and transfer pricing. This role will work closely with internal teams and external advisors, ensuring our tax function is efficient, well-integrated with business operations, and future ready. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on leveraging automation and process enhancements.
Responsibilities
Strategic Tax Project Management
Drive and coordinate cross-functional tax initiatives, supporting indirect tax, international withholding tax, and transfer pricing
Collaborate with finance, IT, procurement, and legal teams to align tax processes with broader business objectives
Indirect Tax & E-Invoicing
Support VAT, GST, and sales tax operations across multiple regions, working with finance and external advisors
Own e-Invoicing knowledge sharing and communications on upcoming regulations and assist with implementations in relevant jurisdictions
Provide tax advisory and guidance on transaction tax issues affecting business operations
Withholding Tax & Transfer Pricing Support
Assist with and eventually own the international withholding tax processes, ensuring accurate application and reporting
Support transfer pricing compliance & documentation and related tax initiatives in coordination with finance and legal teams
Stakeholder & Risk Management
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on transaction tax matters
Partner with finance, legal, and operations teams to manage risks and improve tax-related decision-making
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on tax requirements and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of tax experience in indirect tax, international withholding tax, or transfer pricing within a multinational company
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience working on cross-functional teams
Knowledge of e-invoicing regulations, tax automation tools, and ERP/tax engine integrations (e.g., SAP, Vertex, Alteryx)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders
