Training Program Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Training Program - Pre-process·        
• Analyse BU wise training plan based on domain & location specific·        
• Vendor Identification, Vendor DAR (with SME team) & Vendor Registration·        
• Budgeting training programs throughout the year·        
• Build yearly roadmap for training programs, Training Program during training period·        
• Connect & continuous engagement with freshers and laterals·        
• Plan & facilitate Leader connect, SME tech talk, Interactive sessions at Lab·        
• Plan & facilitate Monthly connects between Associates and Academy·        
• On-day coordination – updates & improvement Training Program - Post activities·        
• Process Documentation·        
• Program review & Improvement·        
• Evaluation of training effectiveness·        
• Controlling & handling of reports, training analysis·        
• Transferring trained freshers to BU Talent Mangers·        
• Update of training programs to Academy & BU·        
• Tech events, certifications & felicitation.

Required Skills:·

• Quick learner of new domains (Especially Bosch Related)·

Engineering Graduate with desirable MBA/PGDM or BSc, BCA with MBA/PGDM
