This will be a 13 month secondment from 8th January 2025 - 31st January 2026.ROLE SUMMARY:The Training Manager will set the training approach, design and lead the training delivery for LSEG’s Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. We are looking for an experienced Training Manager who has proven track record of delivering training as part of a large-scale business transformation.  LSEG is currently delivering a multi-year Finance Transformation journey to transform the way we work in order to build value and deliver balanced growth for the business. The Beacon Program will drive efficiency and improve benefits on Billing, Accounting, Finance Operations and Reporting for LSEG by moving to a single Enterprise Resource Planning and Performance Management supplier. This involves a greenfield ERP implementation allowing LSEG to embrace the latest cloud offerings and bring a future-proof platform. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Develops, manages and implements workstream specific training activities, demonstrating the Change Management Playbook which sets out the centralised approachWorks closely with the Change Manager and Communications Manager to ensure alignment across communications, engagement and trainingIdentifies the population that requires training and the types of training required, working closely with the workstream Technical Leads and SMEsManages the training schedule, working closely with the workstream Technical Leads and SMEsLiaises with the Communications Manager to ensure that communications are in line with the training that will be conductedLeads the execution of the training plan and corresponding deliverables (e.g. training needs assessment)Liaises with the UAT lead to ensure provision of change support where required (e.g. communications and engagement)Owns project status reporting and provides key progress updates on training to Beacon Leadership and PMO. Identifies training-related issues, risks, dependencies and assumptions as they arise; prepares recommendations to address the issue in a timely manner and implement as appropriateProvides input into business readiness assessment prior to Go Live, working closely with the Change Manager and key workstream stakeholdersLiaises with the FTOM lead to ensure provision of training support where requiredWHAT YOU'LL BRING:Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Demonstrated success as a Training Manager/Training Lead Detailed understanding of training and capability frameworks and best practice.  Experience in leading training efforts in an end-to-end ERP project implementations preferredFamiliarity and experience in conducting learning needs assessments, train the trainer methodologies and learning path consideration.  Experience in establishing stakeholder maps and building stakeholder confidence through relationship management. Ability to create high-level training materials.Ability to define metrics and assess readiness!Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation!WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN:An opportunity to drive business change and transformation across the Finance function at London Stock Exchange Group.We recognize that to attract the best talent, we need to be flexible, and we are open to discussing work arrangements with you.
