About the Role...
As a Supervisor for Training , you will lead a team of trainers , ensuring effective training delivery and maintaining high product standards.


Key Responsibilities...


Team Management-


  • Supervise and guide a team of trainers .
  • Schedule and assign training sessions .
  • Monitor performance, providing feedback to ensure high standards.

Training Development-


  • Design and update training programs to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address skill gaps.
  • Continuously refine training materials for relevance and effectiveness.

Training Delivery-


  • Conduct and oversee engaging training sessions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and make improvements based on feedback.

Administrative Duties-


  • Maintain detailed training records and prepare reports on outcomes.
  • Manage the training budget efficiently.

Continuous Improvement-


  • Stay updated on the latest training techniques
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning

Required Skills-


  • Strong attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in developing and delivering effective training programs.

Ideal Candidate-


  • Minimum 8 years in a Training role, with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
