Alstom is hiring a Training Development Manager to support the growing Bid, Project, Planning & Commercial Management Academy. In this role, you will oversee learning & competencies development by defining, designing and creating the global training curriculum for the global Bid & Project Management as well as Commercial communities.
Purpose:
The role is key to enable our global communities with the best knowledge of Tender, Project and Commercial Management processes and usage of applications and tools. All aspects of competency and capabilities need to be continuously developed and updated to cover the actual business demand of Alstom operating model. Bid and Project Management competencies are to be defined and developed as per Learning and Development roadmap for the academy to ensure a global approach across Regions and Product Lines.
Main Responsibilities:
Main point of contact reporting to the Senior Training Manager for all operational aspects of competence development regarding the global training offer and the Academy digital learning global catalog offer in Alstom University.
Continuously develop and update based on defined job competencies, the learning and development strategy to cover growing community and business demand of Alstom operating model.
If an external development is needed, support Request for Proposal process by synthesizing request and following up proposals and selection.
If an internal development is needed, Create/Review training material to ensure compliance with objectives and user-friendly digital training experience in partnership when required with Alstom University for complex developments.
