Joining our Application Processing Centre, you will develop and ensure delivery of effective training modules to ensure the success of the global admissions departments of INTO.
You will lead in the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members and provide ongoing trainings for existing employees, resulting in a high performing admissions team. Work effectively with USPA, UKCA and all Global admissions teams to ensure training is top of mind and effective for the growth of INTO
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage training processes for APC and global employees, ensuring adherence to agreed procedures.
- Create and execute tailored training programs to meet specific staff development needs, aligned with corporate and regional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain the Annual and monthly Training Calendar, focusing on continuous staff training to uphold performance standards.
- Ensure full compliance with university partner admissions criteria and policies, maintaining updated procedural knowledge.
- Lead a collaborative team dedicated to training excellence and maintaining current process guides for APC and admissions staff.
- Provide detailed analysis of performance metrics and customer service improvements for the Admissions department.
- Foster strong relationships with regional staff and agents to ensure effective collaboration and success.
- Support the Admissions leadership team in developing and updating processes and systems to meet evolving needs.
- Mentor team members and assist in their development, demonstrating proficiency within the first 3 months of employment.
- Coordinate engagement activities and support employee surveys to identify training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with expertise in modern training methods and leadership in high-performance team management.
- Extensive experience in dynamic customer-focused environments (e.g., hospitality, tourism, retail, call centers), supporting diverse English proficiency levels.
- Approachable with assertive and constructive communication skills, effective in building relationships across cultures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy, proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong time management and deadline orientation, with experience in international student recruitment/admissions and previous roles in student services.
- Knowledgeable in higher education and international education sectors, familiar with international education agents.
- Desired proficiency in a second language, adept in change management, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
- Cultural awareness gained through global experiences, including study abroad, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
