Overview Equip Supply Chain Trainees with hands-on experience in quality control, equipment operation, and process optimization within our plant. This training ensures that they gain the necessary skills and knowledge to seamlessly transition into entry-level positions upon completion of their Traineeship. Profile: Various Roles with exposure to some/all of the following key areas in each role: Warehouse Management Transportation Management Stock control Total Productivity Management Statutory & EHS - Compliances & Audits • Demand Planning / Demand Forecasting Compensation Responsibilities Responsibilities: Conducting quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished product. Cleaning and maintaining equipment and facilities Learning about packaging and distribution processes Assisting in the Implementation of Global Best practices and cross learning for the improvement of products and processes Learning about food safety regulations and implementing proper hygiene practices Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes Gaining hands-on experience in processing techniques and equipment operation Analyzing data and conducting problem-solving to address production issues Participating in various task force activities to contribute towards small and continuous improvements in the plant Contributing towards effectiveness of departments: Participating actively in team meetings to analyze short falls, problems, concern areas with others and developing action plans Implementing action plans Understanding, supporting and resolving problems of team members Giving on-line constructive feedback to team members and coaching junior team members Qualifications Key Skills /Experience required B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Food Technology/Production/Industrial/Chemical Engineering Good communication skills
