Job Summary


As a Trading Lifecycle Associate in our team, you will take a lead role in acquiring, managing and retaining meaningful relationships that deliver outstanding experience to our customers. You will balance your focus on business results by offering options and finding solutions to help our customers with issues.


Job responsibilities 


  • Manage the Corporate Action process, including both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, as well as proxy meetings and instructions.
  • Facilitate Class Action Filing for domestic, antitrust, and global litigations.
  • Oversee Proxy Services, including voting ballots and meeting setup.
  • Effectively manage a process or sub-process with a team of 2-3 individuals, supervising daily BAU activities.
  • Demonstrate understanding of financial products such as equity, fixed income, MBS, CBS, and other structured products.
  • Exhibit strong understanding of asset management business, reconciliation, and accounting principles.
  • Engage in follow-up and interaction with counterparties, brokers, and custodians.
  • Remain flexible to work in US or late EMEA hours.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 


  • Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Strong Academics background with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 


  • Knowledge of Investment products.
  •  At least 6-7 years of Experience in managing the end to end functions of Corporate Action 
  • Building a strong mechanism to take care of volume peaks during peak Corporate Actions season
  • Identifying operational risks proactively and mitigating appropriately.
  • Ensure adequate back-ups created for all critical positions and assist other teams during contingencies (Staff shortage, high volumes etc.)
  • Must be highly organized and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Relevant knowledge about the securities market and different financial products – Equity, Bonds, ETFs, Mutual Funds
