As a Vice President in Trade & Working Capital, you will play a key role in formulating and executing strategic business priorities. You will monitor project status, promote regular governance meetings, manage headcount planning, and review processes. You will also develop schedules for monthly KRI reporting, navigate a matrix organization, and provide leadership. Your role will involve identifying project risks and developing remediation plans, administering communications for the organization, and organizing weekly management meetings, town halls, and offsites. You will perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, and strategic projects, and support a wide range of stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


  • Minimum 11years of experience in the Financial Services industry with business knowledge of Trade products.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to determine when a deep dive is necessary.
  • Exhibit analytical skills to anticipate issues and drive initiatives.
  • Showcase leadership and staff development skills with team management experience.
  • Communicate, negotiate, and influence effectively to build collaborative relationships.
  • Operate in dynamic environments with tight deadlines, prioritizing work efficiently.
  • Partner with demanding stakeholders, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Understand operational risks, related controls, and the audit and internal control framework.
