Job Summary:
As a Team Leader in the SSO Securities Services Ops Custody Middle Office, you will have the opportunity to investigate exceptions and breaks on JPM books vs Agent banks. You will collaborate with internal and external parties on asset positions and cash balance changes, and arrange for instructions to resolve exceptions. You will work with other utility teams on complete traction and reporting of breaks, maintain and certify procedures, and work with managers on strategic initiatives to support the continuous improvement pillar. You will also be an active participant in daily team huddles and review calls, bringing your ideas and suggestions to the table.
