Job Summary: 


As a Trade Lifecycle Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives within JPMorgan Chase & Co. You will also support the Business manager in the responsibilities assigned to their role and will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities


  • Efficiently manage and coordinate complex executive schedules, including meetings and travel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, drafting and editing documents.
  • Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, ensuring seamless arrangements.
  • Track and record T&E expenses, ensuring adherence to budget policies.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, setting agendas and distributing materials.
  • Assist with special projects, tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring an organized executive office.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members
     

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field .
  • Minimum 6  years in Financial Services industry. Strong financial markets product knowledge and understanding of the transaction / trade lifecycle in Custody
  • Subject matter expertise in Equities, Fixed Income, FX (Crest and Euroclear market)
  • Ability to work closely with business partners and manage operational risk
  • Understanding of the role of an executive assistant and the support to be levied 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities


  • Bachelor’s degree required (business discipline preferred)
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Vision and Outlook Express (or similar email program)
  • Strong financial markets product knowledge and understanding of the transaction / trade lifecycle in Custody
  • Ability to work closely with business partners and manage operational risk
