Job brief


  • We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute automated test cases.
  • TOSCA Skill is a must & mandatory for the role
  • Test Automation Validation for regulatory needs 
  • Validating test cases and simulating the End to End test automations
  • The key role being to ensure all the end to end lifecycle for the Regulatory Test Automation is monitored all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test automation lead to join our team. You would be responsible for designing, developing and implementing automated solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software. The individual will be working very closely with cross functional teams to identify testing requirements, develop test strategies and streamline the testing process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


 Job Description :


  • Expertise in TOSCA Competencies
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of automated testing frameworks and solutions
  • Collaborate with software development teams to understand the testing requirements and design test cases
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry standard tools and technologies
  • Execute automated test suites and analyse test results to identify defects and performance issues
  • Work closely with QA analyst to prioritize testing efforts and ensure comprehensive coverage
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the testing team
  • Continuously evaluate and improve automated testing processes and methodologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate testing processes , issues and recommendations
  • Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Development Manager, etc.) to ensure the highest level of software quality.

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field is preferred
  • TOSCA Certifications Preferred
  • Must have 10+ yrs. of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Project development and leadership skills are essential in planning and overseeing project tests
  • Current understanding of best practices regarding various Testing domains
  • Advanced understanding and experience with software engineering, customer experience and design architecture
  • Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan
  • Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies and when certain strategies are recommended
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with various operating systems and programming languages like Java, python or C#
  • Professional work experience in analyzing and testing computer hardware and software
  • Self-motivated, self-driven, own and consider him/herself accountable for timely completion of QA deliverables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to details.
  • Experience in Financial domain and knowledge of, financial securities, and trading principles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Test automation tools specifically Tosca, Selenium, UFT, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo or GitLab CI.

Responsibilities


  • Identify gaps against reference Automation Skills model for IT development projects, infrastructure changes and for routine maintenance releases
  • Understand the Business UAT requirements and be able to convert them to TOSCA automations independently
  • Defining roadmap of initiatives to address gaps. This role will also be responsible for assisting the stakeholders with correcting the identified gaps and non-compliance issues. Reviews and analyzes project deliverables and metrics regarding prescribed quality gate scorecards
  • Oversee Automation Skills adoption of assigned teams, report adoption metrics
  • Identify, collect, manage required data for measured SLAs and other project related metrics
  • Utilize compliance and quality metrics to drive quality standard improvements as part of the regular continuous improvement efforts.
