LIONBRIDGE Sourcing Co-ordinator
Position Summary
Lionbridge is looking for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to support high-volume global recruitment activities. In this role, you will assist our Sourcing Specialists by managing administrative tasks, helping ensure the smooth running of our recruitment process. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a global hiring process.
What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to Sourcing Specialists by coordinating recruitment activities for high-volume hiring across different countries.

Schedule and manage candidate tests ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment databases, ensuring candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with handling and organizing candidate documents, such as resumes, test results, and pre-screening documents.
- Help coordinate candidate assessments, online tests, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed smoothly.
- Track and record recruitment metrics, such as candidate status, feedback, and hiring progress, to assist with reporting to the Sourcing Team.
- Help draft job advertisements, post vacancies on job portals, and manage incoming candidate responses.
- Provide support with onboarding tasks such as preparing offer letters, collecting documents, and coordinating background checks.
- Assist the recruitment team with ad-hoc administrative tasks to streamline the hiring process..
To Be Successful You Will Have
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within recruitment or HR, ideally in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear communication with candidates, hiring teams, and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially in maintaining recruitment records and databases.
- Ability to work effectively with a team, collaborate across departments, and support global recruitment efforts.
- Experience in international or global recruitment processes is a plus, but not mandatory.
