Position:TIBCO Developer
Qualifications Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in TIBCO development and related technologies.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing TIBCO applications.
Overall Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement TIBCO applications to meet business requirements.
- Follow approved life cycle methodologies and create comprehensive documentation for design and testing.
- Perform TIBCO software installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with business analysts and users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate TIBCO software with existing systems and customize TIBCO products as needed.
- Maintain and monitor TIBCO applications for optimal performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing third-level support as required.
- Stay current on TIBCO product updates and best practices, implementing continuous improvements.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural specifications.
- Develop and maintain operational standards, including error management and recovery processes.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in TIBCO technologies and best practices.

Integration & Development:
- Web Services (SOAP/REST)

- Data Transformation and Mapping
- EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)
Software Development:
- Strong knowledge of Java or other programming languages.
- Experience with XML, JSON, and XSLT.
Database Management: SQL and familiarity with relational databases.
Monitoring Tools: TIBCO Hawk or similar monitoring tools.
Day-to-Day Activities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify and gather technical requirements.
- Develop and implement TIBCO applications as per the project timeline and specifications.
- Monitor application performance, conducting tests and analyzing results.
- Provide support and troubleshoot technical issues, document findings and solutions.
- Engage in regular code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with design standards.
- Actively participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, challenges, and solutions.
