Join Saxo Group as a Third-Party Risk and Governance Specialist, a key role within our Digital Resilience & Trust Department. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest security standards. You will be instrumental in safeguarding our organization's assets by conducting thorough data protection and security assessments of third-party vendors to ensure they meet our stringent security requirements.


Your role will involve evaluating vendor security practices, conducting risk assessments, and providing recommendations to enhance security measures. You will also be responsible for continuous monitoring and reporting on vendor security performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as DORA, GDPR and among others. This position is based in Gurugram, India.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments of third-party vendors to ensure compliance with DORA, GDPR, and other applicable regulations.


  • Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with vendor relationships, focusing on security, data protection, and privacy.


  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities and enhance overall security posture.


  • Monitor and report on vendor security performance, ensuring alignment with internal security policies and standards.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards, fostering a culture of proactive risk management.


  • Provide detailed reports and insights on compliance performance, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.


Your Profile


  • 4+ years of experience in vendor management and outsourcing governance, preferably within a financial institution.


  • Extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and performance monitoring for vendors and outsourced services.


  • Experience with regulatory requirements such as DORA, and other regulations related to outsourcing, critical vendors, and third-party risk management.


  • Detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for cybersecurity and vendor risk management.


  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and have a strong understanding of risk management principles.


  • Background in cybersecurity, legal, information technology, or a related field.


  • Prior experience in vendor risk assessment or a similar role is highly desirable.


  • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and GDPR is beneficial.


  • Experience with regulatory requirements related to third-party risk management, including DORA, is essential.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to vendor and outsourcing governance.
