Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:Role & Responsibilities- Create and maintain an updated list of doctors and chemists, ensuring it meets the specific requirements of the therapy/product.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors and chemists to promote Abbott’s products, provide product information, engage in science-based discussions, and address any queries.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and driving prescription generation.
- Conduct regular audits of prescriptions for Abbott and competitor brands to gather market intelligence and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Organizing Camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customers need.
- Continuously monitor actual sales performance, making necessary adjustments to strategies to minimize variances from targets.
- Prescription audit for Abbott brands and other competitor’s brands
- Execute the customer management plan to ensure that all the customers are covered as per the plan.
- Demonstrate and promote professional behavior aligned with Abbott’s values of Pioneering, Achieving, Caring, and Enduring.
- Participate in strategy meetings, briefing sessions, doctors’ meets, workshops, training programs, and other company activities to enhance job performance and promote product sales.
- Adhere strictly to Abbott’s Code of Business Conduct
Minimum
EducationBSc/B. Pharma.
Experience/Training Required0 to 4 Years of experience as medical representative of in similar role. Fresher with good communication and analytical skill may also consider. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
